Qualifications

• Able to process basic transactions and open accounts.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients via multiple channels, including in-person, by appointment, and virtually.
• Identifies clients’ banking needs and recommends suitable deposit and loan products.
• Provides proactive outreach and follow-up to understand and meet clients’ goals.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options.
