Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5 years retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build relationships through proactive outreach.
• Strong client engagement and communication skills.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Knowledge of retail products and services.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with sales campaigns/promotions.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to identify true customer needs using a digital-first mindset.
• Strong ability to make targeted recommendations.
• Experience in financial services industry preferred.

Responsibilities
