U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker who will build trust-based relationships with customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.

You will assess banking needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and guide them toward digital self-service options while maintaining accuracy and operational excellence. This role requires knowledge of retail banking products, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with branch teams to serve clients

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a mix of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Engages with clients via in-person, appointment, and digital channels to assess needs and provide solutions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options to improve the client experience.
