Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Banker II to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering an exceptional Woodforest Experience in a busy retail branch. You will cultivate relationships, explain banking solutions simply, and drive sales through proactive conversations and referrals.

You will balance customer service with accurate transactions, maintain compliance, and support community engagement while embracing digital banking tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.
