Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador and grow retail customer relationships while delivering the Woodforest Experience. The role emphasizes proactive product marketing, exceptional service, and adherence to operational standards in a fast-paced branch environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
• Act with accountability in achieving individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach both inside and outside the branch.
