Responsibilities

• Take ownership of delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach.
• Resolve customer inquiries or concerns at first point of contact with internal partners as needed.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing, account opening, and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
