Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales or customer service experience.
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and outreach.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact with internal support as needed.
• Open accounts and process transactions with accuracy and policy adherence.
• Explain complex solutions in simple terms.
