Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach.
• Resolve customer inquiries or concerns at first contact with internal partners as needed.
• Maintain accurate transaction processing, account opening, and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Explain complex banking solutions in simple terms.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with accuracy and compliance.
• Support community and branch marketing efforts to drive traffic and relationships.
