Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Woodforest Experience through warm, personalized customer interactions.
• Explain banking products, services and digital solutions in simple terms.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with accuracy.
• Assist with teller transactions, cash handling, balancing and compliance procedures.
• Support community engagement and branch marketing efforts.
