Ideal candidates have prior teller or retail experience, strong communication, and comfort with digital banking tools. The position offers growth opportunities within Regions' branch network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and monitoring.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• One year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent, optimal customer experience on the cash line and on the phone.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfill basic servicing requests.
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking solutions (mobile/online/ATM).
• Assist teammates and refer complex financial goals to internal experts.
• Follow bank procedures and manage operational risks.
