Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker I in Cordova, Tennessee to deliver an exceptional customer experience at the cash line and on the phone. The role centers on creating meaningful personal connections, processing transactions, and identifying opportunities to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions.
• Answers customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfills basic servicing requests such as cards, information changes, PIN resets, checks, etc.
• Develops relationships with customers and remains well-informed about their banking needs.
• Educates customers on standard consumer products and digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Assists branch and team members with tasks to aid in problem resolution and refers complex needs to internal experts.
• Follows all bank processes and manages operational risks while achieving branch targets.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on new technology and meet financial needs.
