Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer regularly and stay focused.
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling transactional needs.
• Answers inquiries regarding products/services and fulfills basic servicing requests.
• Develops relationships with customers and stays informed about their banking needs.
• Educates customers on digital banking options such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Assists branch and teammates with tasks to aid problem resolution.
• Refers customers to internal experts for more complex financial goals.
• Adheres to bank processes and regulatory requirements; manages operational risks.
• Contributes to achieving branch targets by guiding customers to Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate on technology and assist with financial needs.
