Qualifications

• One year of banking, cash-handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Comfort with digital banking tools (mobile/online/ATM) and basic tech use.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent optimal customer experiences on the cash line and via phone.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments and other teller transactions.
• Educate customers on banking products and digital solutions.
• Develop relationships and stay informed about customer banking needs.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and support branch goals.
