Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
• Flexible/rotating schedule; may require weekends and extended hours.
• Self-starter and highly motivated.
• Working knowledge of all banking products and services.
• Keeps current with branch transaction processing systems.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customers’ needs in a timely fashion; uses resources to assist.
• Evaluates client needs and offers suitable financial products via needs-based conversations.
• Performs routine teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments).
• Supports segmentation strategy to drive growth and profitability.
• Aims to meet/exceed individual and team sales, service, and operations goals.
• Maintains compliance with federal/state regulations and bank policies; supports audits.
