Webster Bank, a division of Santander Bank, N.A., is seeking an individual to support Region Banking Centers by delivering sales, service, and operation excellence. You will process customer financial transactions, learn customer needs, and identify opportunities to offer appropriate products and services while maintaining strong partnerships with business lines.

The role emphasizes accurate customer interactions, adherence to regulations, and teamwork with center colleagues.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred
• Self-starter and highly motivated
• Working knowledge of all products and services
• Keeps current with all systems used for branch transaction processing
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills and teamwork abilities

Responsabilités

• Responds to customers' needs in an accurate and timely fashion, capitalizing on resources and tools available
• Evaluates needs of clients and offers appropriate financial products and services to build relationships
• Performs routine teller transactions like deposits, withdrawals, check cash, loan payments
• Expected to achieve/exceed both individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations
• Maintains compliance with Federal and State regulations and bank policies
• Adapts to business needs with scheduling and supporting banking centers within a Region
• Builds strong relationships with banking center teams and cross-functional partners
