Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies

Responsibilities

• Engage customers via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposits, loans, digital products and services.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience with accuracy and operational excellence.
