Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration required under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engage with clients across channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and complete service requests.
• Promote digital products and self-service technologies to meet client needs.
