Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and recommending products through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment screening and NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted advice and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.
• Recommend tailored financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking apps and ATMs; collaborate with partners for complex needs.
