Citizens Bank is seeking a friendly branch associate who will build relationships with customers, assess needs, and recommend financial solutions. You’ll guide customers through savings, lending and investing options while promoting digital banking tools.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in sales or customer service, with strong communication, problem solving and multitasking abilities. Willingness to work varying hours including weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration.
• Self‑motivated, confident and able to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Meet and comply with SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks and NMLS identifier.

Responsabilités

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking options via app or ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures and maintain proper cash handling.
