Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and regulatory/background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Travel for temporary staffing needs and potential locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with potential travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Exercise proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and problem resolution.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets by developing, expanding, and retaining relationships.
• Support team sales by consulting with clients and referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in all components of leadership routines within Truist Retail Community Bank.
• Attend training and meetings to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Provide a consistent client service experience by engaging clients during transactions and guiding them through branch processes.
