Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time associate to deliver industry-leading client service in person and over the phone, expanding client relationships and offering financial solutions. The role includes cross-training to perform teller duties and contributing to sales targets through consultative conversations with clients.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, at least a high school diploma, two years of client sales/service experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office is required.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and on the phone; develop and expand client relationships.
• Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.
• Meet or exceed client service and sales targets by offering products and services.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists as appropriate.
