Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of sales/service preferred.
• Strong communication and client relationship abilities.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller transactions and client maintenance requests.
• Meet service and sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Consult with clients and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Participate in leadership routines and training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and loans.
• Ensure adherence to policies and risk controls.
• Provide friendly, proactive customer service in-branch.
