Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including NMLS background check and ongoing regulatory requirements.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required, including temporary assignments or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provides industry leading client service in person and on the phone through development and expansion of client relationships.
• Offers financial solutions meeting client needs based on consultative conversations and referrals to other business partners.
• Cross trained to perform required teller duties as needed.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets.
• Refs complex needs to internal specialists for deeper solutions.
• Attends sales, service and product knowledge meetings and training.
