Job summary

Truist is seeking a client-focused Retail Banking professional to deliver exceptional service both in person and by phone. You will build and expand client relationships, consult on financial solutions, and collaborate with partners to drive growth. Some teller duties may be performed as needed.

Responsibilities include meeting service and sales targets, cross-selling products, and participating in leadership routines while maintaining compliance with policies and training requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliant within 30 days incl. NMLS checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships and cross-sell to meet targets.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for growth opportunities.
• Support branch sales process and leadership routines.
• Attend training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to controls and risk management policies.
• Greet clients and assist with teller transactions when needed.
