Job summary

The Truist branch in Hellertown, PA is seeking a Regular full-time client service professional who will develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals. You will provide financial solutions that meet client needs and may assist with teller duties as needed.

Responsibilities include handling routine client maintenance, contributing to sales targets, advising on consumer lending options, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days; NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task and travel as required.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service in person and on the phone to build relationships.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultations and referrals.
• Cross trained to perform teller duties as needed.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets.
• Support team sales by refering complex needs to internal specialists.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
