Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular retail banking professional in Pennsylvania to enhance client relationships and drive sales. You will handle consultative conversations, loan applications, and cross-sell opportunities while supporting teller duties as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years in client sales/service, and strong communication. Compliance with SAFE/Mortgage licensing is mandatory within 30 days, with weekend and travel flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced client maintenance and sales support for deposit, credit, and other product/service lines.
• Help meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets by developing and retaining relationships.
• Refer complex client needs to internal specialists after consultative discussions.
• Participate in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Follow internal controls and risk management policies and stay updated on policy changes.
• Engage clients with courteous service during transactions and assist with branch navigation.
