Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time Client Service and Sales Associate in the United States. The role emphasizes delivering top-tier client service both in person and over the phone, developing client relationships, and expanding cross-sell opportunities across banking products.

Responsibilities include consultative conversations, processing teller duties when needed, and adhering to internal controls. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential, with weekend/evening availability

Formación

• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Exhibits advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance, problem resolution and sales across deposit, credit, and service lines.
• Contributes to meeting/exceeding client service and branch sales targets by developing and expanding relationships.
• Engages in consultative conversations and refers complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances sales knowledge through meetings and training classes.
• Advises on consumer lending options and processes loan applications.
• Follows internal controls and risk management policies and stays current with policies.
• Delivers a consistent client service experience, greeting clients and assisting with branch navigation, including teller transactions.
