Job summary

Truist in Allentown, PA is seeking a regular, full-time client service oriented professional to develop and expand client relationships. You will provide financial solutions in person and by phone, with cross-training to perform teller duties as needed.

The role emphasizes consultative conversations, referral to specialists, and maintaining strong client service standards while supporting branch sales goals and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, convenience and other product and service lines.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services to develop, expand and retain relationships.
• Supports team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring more complex client needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through meetings and training.
