Job summary

Truist Wealth in Warminster, PA is seeking a client service-oriented professional to develop and expand relationships with individuals and business clients. You will provide financial solutions through consultative conversations and referrals to specialists as needed, while handling Teller duties when required.

The role emphasizes greetings, transactions, problem resolution and meeting branch service and sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and sales across deposit, credit and other product lines.
• Contributes to meeting client service and branch sales targets by developing, expanding and retaining relationships.
• Supports team sales process by guiding consultative conversations and referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and activities.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through trainings and meetings.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls, procedures and risk policies.
• Delivers a consistent client service experience by greeting clients and assisting with transactions.
