Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and grow client relationships by delivering personalized financial advice and solutions. You will engage clients through proactive outreach, understand needs, and connect them with a broad range of bank products and services to support their goals.

The role emphasizes a consultative sales approach, collaboration with specialists, and delivering a high-quality client experience across all interactions in a community-focused banking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to recommend financial products, apply sales practices, and operate within banking policies and procedures.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
