Old National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and strengthen client relationships by delivering personalized financial advice and solutions. The role focuses on understanding client needs and connecting clients to the full range of bank products and services to support their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver strong client service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required
• Ability to recommend financial products, apply sales practices, and operate within banking policies and procedures
• NMLS registered or eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
