Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and strengthen client relationships by delivering tailored financial guidance and solutions. You will understand client needs and connect them to Old National’s wide range of banking products to support their financial goals.

You will engage clients with proactive outreach, seek opportunities for growth, and collaborate with internal specialists to ensure high-quality service and sales execution across banking centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to recommend financial products and operate within banking policies and procedures.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to meet client goals.
