Job summary

Old National Bank in the United States is seeking a Relationship Banker who builds and strengthens client relationships by delivering personalized financial advice and solutions. The role focuses on understanding client needs, guiding them to the full range of products and services to support their goals, and creating a positive client experience through proactive outreach.

You will participate in community engagement, contribute to sales and performance goals, and work with internal specialists

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver strong client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
• Relationship Banker: 1+ years in retail, sales, service, or client-facing experience (banking experience a plus, not required).
• Relationship Banker II: 1+ years of banking experience with working knowledge of financial products and demonstrated consultative sales and lending capability.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to meet client goals.
• Partner with internal specialists to connect clients to broader capabilities when appropriate.
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience across all interactions.
