Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
Ability to recommend financial products and sell within banking policies.
NMLS registration or eligibility for registration.

Responsibilities
