Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in our branch to deliver warm, high‑quality experiences for clients while applying financial knowledge to meet needs.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, guiding them through banking products and digital tools to simplify their lives. This role requires sales experience, compliance awareness, and weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone, with tailored product explanations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while following risk rules.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor financial recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs, build trust, and connect them to compatible solutions.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient access.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and coordinate with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
