Job summary

The role requires sales experience in retail banking, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends. Training on regulatory requirements and licenses will be provided during onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to tailor product features to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses required or must be obtained within 180 days.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand client needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with the team.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
