Job summary

You will leverage Chase’s digital tools to assist clients and collaborate with product experts to address complex needs.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of retail banking sales experience, excellent communication, and flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Strong attention to detail to resolve client issues and maintain compliance.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Proactively manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Educate clients on technology tools like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, procedures, and regulatory requirements and collaborate with specialists when needed.
• Adhere to policies and banking regulations.
