Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Ability to deliver memorable client experiences.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Detail-oriented with risk and regulatory awareness.
• SIE, Series 6, state licenses or eligibility; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first by delivering attentive, friendly service.
• Manage existing clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Explain banking solutions and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Collaborate with experts for complex financial needs.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
