Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality in our branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer solutions that address clients' needs and simplify their financial lives.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients in person and by phone, educating them about technology solutions, and coordinating with experts to address complex financial needs while following all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensing via JPMorganChase program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
