Job summary

JPMorganChase's Chase Branch is seeking a Relationship Banker who will represent our brand with hospitality, build lasting client relationships, and use banking solutions to meet financial needs and simplify clients' lives.

You will engage clients in person and by phone, provide consultative financial guidance, and collaborate with product specialists while complying with regulatory requirements and branch policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven client acquisition and relationship growth.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions with clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining compliance.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and licensing where applicable.
• High school diploma or GED; licenses (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations) obtained within 180 days if not already held.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to build trust and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly and collaborate with specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
