Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of client-centric sales experience with a track record of meeting goals.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Technically savvy with bank systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must register and maintain NMLS registration.
• Valid driver’s license with regional travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Protect privacy and security of customers and follow audit guidelines.
• Grow and manage consumer relationships and referrals.
• Identify lending opportunities, including real estate secured loans.
• Maintain daily operations and ensure a smooth customer experience.
