Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to strengthen consumer relationships and drive personal and business banking sales. You will own customers' issues end-to-end, with coaching support, and actively engage in peer training to elevate team performance.

You will contribute to a customer-first culture, meet sales goals, and promote our financial solutions across our community. Regional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in client-centric sales with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
• Excellent communications skills and relationship-building ability.
• Technologically savvy (Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile tech, bank systems).
• Must have NMLS registration and a valid driver’s license; regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Deepen consumer relationships by growing existing customer base and identifying opportunities.
• Grow consumer relationships through proactive outreach, referrals, and product knowledge.
• Champion operations and compliance by following policies and safeguarding customer data.
• Invest in personal development through trainings, coaching, and peer feedback.
