Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of client-centric sales experience with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Excellent communications skills, passionate about helping others, motivated to learn, solutions-based sales skills, professionalism, resourcefulness, exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Technologically savvy (i.e., Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile technology, bank systems).
• Must register and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS). The MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position.
• A valid driver’s license and ability/willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Champion Operations and Compliance – protect privacy and security; follow audit guidelines; manage internal controls; mitigate risk per FCB policies.
• Grow Consumer Relationships – manage Top 500 customers; leverage campaigns; request referrals; use BUILD and BUILD 2.0 at account openings.
• Deepen Consumer Relationships – onboarding, outbound calls, schedule appointments with prospects, identify partner referrals, uncover real estate lending opportunities.
• Personal Development – own development toward Pathways; improve BUILD/BUILD 2.0 skills; increase product knowledge; stay current with digital products and Need2Know.
• Customer Experience – embody Mission and Core Values; uphold Customer Service Promise; drive outbound calling; ensure single point of contact for resolutions; maintain high conduct and integrity.
