You will manage top relationships, expand consumer accounts, and proactively identify lending opportunities while maintaining strong operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication skills and outstanding relationship-building abilities.
• Technologically savvy, comfortable with Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.
• Must register and maintain current registration with the NMLS.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Champion Operations and Compliance – protect the privacy and security of customers and follow audit guidelines.
• Grow consumer relationships by establishing and expanding customer relationships, using marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Deepen consumer relationships by staying connected, making meaningful appointments, and identifying lending opportunities.
