First Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to help homeowners and business customers achieve financial confidence. You will build relationships, assess needs, and deliver financial solutions through the branch's Customer Service Promise.

You will focus on operations, compliance, and developing consumer and real estate lending opportunities, while advancing your own development through Pathways and BUILD skills; regional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of client-centric sales experience with a track record of meeting goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Technologically savvy with MS Office, internet and banking systems.
• Must have or be able to obtain NMLS registration and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Champion Operations and Compliance – protect customer privacy and security; follow cash handling, audit guidelines, and internal controls.
• Grow Consumer Relationships – manage top customers, inform clients about products and promotions, solicit referrals.
• Deepen Consumer Relationships – stay connected with customers, set appointments, identify lending opportunities (real estate).
• Participate in Personal Development to advance Pathways and BUILD skills and stay current with digital products.
• Deliver an outstanding Customer Experience and be the single point of contact for problem resolution.
