Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of client-centric sales experience with a track record of meeting goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Technologically savvy with banking systems and MS Office.
• Must hold NMLS registration and be willing to travel regionally.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Champion operations and compliance to protect customer privacy and security.
• Grow consumer relationships by managing top customers and informing them about products and promotions.
• Deepen consumer relationships through onboarding and outbound calls to generate appointments and referrals.
