Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related financial services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete necessary training.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses needed; enroll in JPMorganChase licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations; deliver attentive, friendly service and create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, in person or by phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust by listening and asking questions.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to our team of experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
