Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. seeks a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client service in a branch setting and to build lasting relationships with clients. You will educate customers on banking solutions, help them leverage Chase digital tools, and connect them with specialists for complex needs.

You will meet clients in person and by phone, comply with risk and regulatory requirements, and operate within branch hours, including some weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail within risk guidelines.
• Ability to work within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Consult with clients to tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
