Job summary

Truist is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver industry‑leading client service in person and over the phone while expanding client relationships. You will offer financial solutions and referrals to partners to grow business and may assist with teller duties as needed.

This role focuses on building and retaining relationships with clients and meeting branch goals. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, 2 years of client sales experience, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships; refer to partners for growth opportunities.
• Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.
• Meet or exceed branch client service and sales targets.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Assist with loan applications and consumer lending options.
