Truist is seeking a customer-facing professional to provide exceptional client service both in-person and by phone. The role focuses on developing and expanding client relationships, offering financial solutions, and cross-training for teller duties as needed.

The position emphasizes meeting service and branch sales targets, with opportunities to refer complex needs to internal partners and to participate in ongoing training on products and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliant within 30 days, including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/extended hours.

Responsabilités

• Manage routine client maintenance requests and sales functions.
• Meet branch sales targets by building and retaining client relationships.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in branch leadership routines.
